Perfect Pizza dough recipe

Tip for freezing— make pizza as normal with sauce and cheese, flash freeze and then cling wrap a few times, optional to use foil, when ready to use don’t need to defrost, just take it out of the freezer, add any toppings, ranch etc and more cheese, bake at 450 for about 10 mins, the bottom might not cook well on top shelf so transfer to bottom OR use the thava!! It crisps soo good heated on med-high for just a few mins til bottom is golden 😍😍

  • 2 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Make like normal pizza dough, It should be sticky not super smooth 

Ingredients for 2 med pizzas or 1 huge 

1 tbsp sugar 

9fl oz warm water (1 cup and just under 1/2)

1 tbsp yeast

(Put all in a small bowl and let sit for ~5 mins, don’t stir yeast just pour on top and let sit in microwave)

Swap all of this to a big bowl and then add 

3 cups flour

1tbsp oil

Salt
